A weekly class designed for first-time mums who want to feel strong, calm, and completely in control of their pregnancy — without being told what to think, feel, or do.
You're not struggling. You're adjusting.

You used to hike. You used to hit the gym, walk for miles, feel at home in your body. Now, getting off the sofa feels like climbing mount Everest. Your back aches. Your sleep is broken. Your lungs feel half the size they used to be, leaving you breathless just putting your socks on.

And layered on top of all of that — everyone has something to say. Your mother-in-law. That woman at work who barely speaks to you another time. The mum group you joined that's turned into a fear spiral. Everyone's story landing on you like it's yours to carry.

It isn't.

But still, quietly, the doubts creep in: What if I can't handle it? What if something goes wrong? What if I'm not strong enough?

Here's the truth: you don't need more information. You need a space to find your own voice again — and the tools to trust it.

What if your body already knows what to do?

You've read that you need to stay calm to birth. You know about the hormones, the breathing, the environment. You know it, intellectually.

"But how do you stay calm when it's so painful?!"

That's the gap between knowing and trusting. And that gap is exactly what we work on together.

What would it feel like to walk into your birth with more than just theory — with a body that's practiced being calm, a breath that reliably brings you back, and a voice inside you that's louder than the doubt?
What would it feel like to leave your midwife appointment having said exactly what you wanted to say — and meant every word of it?

A space that's genuinely yours

This isn't a class where you'll be corrected, compared, or given a one-size-fits-all script for pregnancy and birth. It's not a place for policies, jargon, or "this is just what happens."

It's an hour where your phone stays away, the to-do list doesn't follow you in, and nothing is asked of you except to listen — to your body, to your baby, and to yourself.

We move, we breathe, we slow down. You'll get to know the signals your body sends. You'll notice the aches starting to ease, your shoulders dropping, your mind quietening.

And you'll begin to feel something shift. Something you can't quite name at first — but it's there. A steadiness. Resilience. A sense that you've got this.
You'll leave each session feeling calm, relaxed, and able to get the best night’s sleep you've had since falling pregnant.

You'll grow a bond with your baby that feels real — like you already know exactly who they are.

And when you get to the other side, you won't just have given birth. You'll go into motherhood with tools already in hand — the breath to calm your racing mind during sleepless nights, the gentle movements to ease the ache of hours of feeding, and the deep knowing that you can parent your way

Hi there
I'm Amy...
...a qualified pregnancy yoga teacher, and mum of 2. I've worked with many women at every stage of pregnancy, from the first anxious weeks to the final waiting stretch.
I'm not here to tell you what's right for your birth. I'm here to give you the tools to figure that out for yourself — and the confidence to act on it

"I had an amazing experience with yoga led by Amy. Her sessions are not only beautifully structured but also incredibly grounding and uplifting. Amy has a natural gift for creating a calm, welcoming atmosphere and guiding you through each movement with clarity and encouragement." - Rosh
