Booking & Attendance

Booking for classes, courses and workshops are made via the third-party calendar on The Peaceful Peaks Parenting Company's website. By using the third-party calendar, you agree to their privacy policy.
Booking for one-to-one classes, courses or Trauma Rewind are to be made directly with Amy, to arrange date and times.
When a non-refundable deposit is required, this is used to secure your space on a course/workshop. The remaining course fees are to be made up to 24hrs before the first session begins.
Participants should turn up to class 5-10 minutes before the class start time, so class can start promptly. Late attendance may mean the participant may not be permitted to class.
Class packs are redeemable across all locations where that specific class is held.
If an offer is used, it is to be used before the expiration date. No roll-overs.
Any resources provided are for participant's own personal use and are not to be shared with third parties.
The Peaceful Peaks Parenting Company are not responsible for any decisions you make during your pregnancy, birth or parenting journey.

When you book on to any of The Peaceful Peaks Parenting Company's classes/courses/workshops, you agree to the following:

I agree to turn up to class 5-10minutes before the class start time
I agree to The Peaceful Peaks Parenting Company's cancellation policy
I understand that starting any classes, courses or workshops does not guarantee a certain outcome for my pregnancy or birth. I agree to seek professional medical advice for any concerns.
If I am pregnant and not used to a regular exercise regime, I will take it easy or wait until I am 15weeks before beginning class. If I am postnatal, I will wait until 6 weeks after a vaginal birth or 8 weeks for a caesarean birth.
I am fully responsible for myself (and my baby, if attending a mum & baby class).
The Peaceful Peaks Parenting Company is in no way liable for the unlikely event of any injuries or miscarriages that may occur
It is my responsibility to keep my personal details up to date
I will let the teacher know of any medical conditions, operations, injuries or anything else that may impact my practice
I understand that the content used in classes, courses and workshops do not equate to medical advice. Participants are to seek advice from Healthcare Professionals.

Cancellations & Refunds

Antenatal Education/Hypnobirthing/Workshops

Cancellation of a course can be made up to 24hours before the first session is scheduled to start. Any of the remaining course fees that have been paid, will be refunded.
In the event of cancellation by client prior to the start of a course, the deposit is non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation by a participant after 1 or more sessions of a course have been completed, no refund will be given.
In the unlikely event of cancellation by myself, attempts will be made to reschedule. If this is not possible, or alternative dates cannot be agreed, a full refund of the total fee, minus the deposit, will be given.
In the unlikely event of cancellation of a single course session (Hypnobirthing, Antenatal Education), attempts will be made to reschedule. If this is not possible, or if alternative dates cannot be agreed, a refund for sessions not yet taken, will be given.
If it is not possible for all couples within a group to agree to alternative date/s, then provision will be made for individual couples.
The refunded fee per session will be calculated as the total fee, minus the deposit, divided by the number of sessions in a course. No refund will be given for sessions already taken.
If, for any reason, an in-person course cannot take place, for example, sudden illness (myself), extreme weather, or government guidelines, the event will either be rescheduled or the course will take place over live video link.
Cancellations for a course/workshop must be made via your account. In-person, WhatsApp, text or phone, cannot be accepted.

Pregnancy/Postnatal Yoga

Participants are able to cancel sessions via their account up to 12hours prior to class start time.
Cancellations made after this time will be credited as if attended, no refunds given.
If a class is cancelled by myself, you will be credited back onto your account
WhatsApp, texts, phone or in-person cancellations cannot be accepted. Cancellations must be made via your account
When offers are used, these are to be used before the expiry date, no roll-overs.
5 class packs have 6 weeks to be used
10 class packs have 12 weeks to be used

Rescheduling Sessions

For participants taking a private one-to-one course, 24hours must be given in changing appointment dates or times.
Where this is not done, the participants will liable for the session fee, calculated as the total fee, minus the deposit, divided by how many sessions are in the course.
