Welcome to The Peaceful Peaks Parenting Co’s Postnatal Mum & Baby Yoga class, held Wednesday mornings from 09:45 to 11:00 at Chellaston Community Centre in Derby. Each session supports mothers through the postnatal period by creating a safe and nurturing environment.
What to Expect:
Each class is completely tailored to your needs, wherever you’re at- even if that means laying down for the whole class- I’ve got you mama!
There will be a mix of movements to help in your recovery, breathing techniques, tips and practices for baby as well as a beautiful relaxation. How divine!

• Ideal for any type of birth, vaginal or caesarean. Safe for those with DR (Diastasis Recti, pelvic floor problems, etc.,
• Practice with your baby right beside you or in your arms! How lovely!
• Restorative poses so you can get that much needed rest,
• Building your pelvic floor and deep core to build your strength and regain your fitness
• Baby massage, baby yoga, tips on holding baby and moving safely with baby all included,
• Meet other mums and babies to connect and build your village.

Mats, blocks and blankets are provided. You may bring your own if that suits. Please do bring a blanket for your baby though- them smell of home will help keep them a settled.
There are several ways to book on for Mum & Baby Yoga. Drop- in sessions are £12, a block of 5 classes are £55 (to be used within 6 weeks of purchase), and a pack of 10 classes is £100 (to be used within 12 weeks of purchase).
Suitable from 6 weeks for a vaginal birth or 8 weeks for caesarean births.
