Baby Massage
Nourish your healing body in Mum & Baby Yoga
Having a new baby is such a special time. You’re there with your new baby, enjoying those baby snuggles, the smell of their head (legal high right there!). But perhaps you’re not too sure what to do with your baby? How do you soothe a crying baby? How do you help a teething baby? Or perhaps you’d just like to do something to help you connect with your baby.
In my Baby Massage classes, you will be guided through a nurturing full body sequence you can do with your baby. All whilst meeting other new parents and creating that community and support.
• Are you ready to create lasting connection with your baby?
• Do you want to learn how to help your baby with colic/ teething/ wind in a natural, safe way?
• Are you ready to build your confidence and empower your parenting journey?
The power of touch is unreal. It can help us feel calm, safe and loved. It can even boost our immune systems! What a better way to give your baby a great start, by sharing that gentle, loving touch, bringing in that oxytocin that we know so well from birth.
Feel confident about being able to help with common ailments that our baby’s may deal with, like colic, wind, teething.
Why choose Baby Massage with Amy?
I practiced baby massage with my first born and when my son was born, I used it with him. He was born with bad eczema and a tongue tie. Applying his cream with massage really helped him feel soothed and calm. I felt calm. He still asks for a massage now- 3 years on! I want to share this helpful technique with you and help transform your relationship with your baby.
In the very first class, you will be given:
• Handouts for each weeks’ sequences
• A small bottle of massage oil
• Opportunity to join the class WhatsApp group to nurture those new connections
Sessions are kept small to provide the environment for connection, or can be in intimate 1:1 sessions with one or both parents in your own home.
£55 for in group sessions
£75 for 1:1's- please email to arrange dates and times.
