Fast-forward to the day your baby is born. Bask in the moment you see them for the first time. Your partner did amazing, you are both huddled in this circle of love, proud to become the parents of these little fingers and toes that are tightly curled up. You know your role was pivotal. Your calm, steady presence when she began to waver. Your confident words, telling her how amazing she is and how proud you are of her. Your hands, knowing exactly where to massage. Not only knowing she needed to move, but HOW to move and being able to take the lead. Sure, that's all well and good, but how do you get there? I've been teaching pregnancy yoga for a while now, but I hear often how birth partners were kinda useless. Partners that just stood there looking like they've woken from a dream to discover it's REAL LIFE. That's why I've created this workshop, to help guide your way. Give you the knowledge and skills to be the ultimate sidekick in the birth of your child. This is for you if: - You want to be more hands on without getting in the way - You're ready to hold space and guide without feeling awkward - Know how to stay calm and present, even when things get intense - You want to show up confident and capable, trusting yourself each step of the way This is NOT for you if: - You're not willing to get hands-on - You'd rather stand on the sidelines and let someone else 'do it' This workshop will cover biomechanics (how the body moves in labour), rebozo techniques, massage, and how to be raved about as the birth partner everyone wants. Investment is £89 (unless you/your partner comes to pregnancy yoga- then it's £79) All you need is you, your partner, and a rebozo/shawl. It's held at Oakwood Community Centre, in the Oak Room 10-1 Saturday 21st March 2026 Perfect from 30 weeks to keep things fresh in your mind. And it's never too late to join! There's parking, it's fully accessible, there'll be cups of tea and snacks. Cancellations made more then 7 days prior will be refunded the full amount. Cancellations made less than 7 days will be refunded 50% of price paid Cancellations made within 48hrs will not be refunded

Cancellation Policy
All classes are available to cancel up to 12 hours before the class start time. After this window, please get in touch to speak with a member of staff about cancelling. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis. If Amy cancels a class, you will be credited a class to your pack, refunded or given the option to move your single class to another session. Birth Partner Workshops and Birth + Beyond courses are non-refundable when cancelled within 24hours of the workshop/course start time. Cancellation before this time will be refunded in total. If Amy has to cancel the workshop/ session, another time will be arranged. If it is not possible for all couples within a group to agree to alternative date/s, then provision will be made for individual couples
