Postnatal Mum & Baby Yoga is here for new mums who are looking for a class that serves them and meets them where they’re at, right now. You know you deserve to heal from childbirth gently, to recover in your own time, not governed by what social media spews out. You’re looking for a class that offers a chance of true connection, to yourself, your baby, and others. Real support that meets you where you’re at. This class is for real life. For the messy mum-buns, the baby sick on your shoulder. You'll be greeted with a warm smile and friendly faces who are there to support you, no matter what. You know your recovery matters. You deserve quality support that genuinely makes a difference. That’s where I come in. I’m Amy, and I help women like you to give themselves the time and attention they need. I come from a space of struggling after having both of my babies. I was exhausted from the endless night feedings. I felt lonely because I didn't know anyone near me. I was determined to get back to feeling myself again. I used to love going to the gym, but after having a baby, I never went back, and I missed it. There was something that still felt off. But I could exercise at home, and build my strength up gradually, in a way that fit around life. And a baby. Over time, through mindful movement and breathwork, I felt like I was finally coming back to ME. The more I delved into my training, the more my resolve grew to ensure that women don’t think they should ‘bounce back’. You deserve time, patience and a safe space to let everything just be. There is no rushing in my classes. You are not failing if your baby cries all the way through. You are not failing if all you do is hold your baby. You are in the exact place you need to be in. I wanted to create a space where you feel welcomed. A space where you don’t have to put on airs and graces, but to show up as yourself, however that may be, and find some time dedicated to you, where your baby is welcome too. These classes are for you if: • You want true support, to feel heard and seen, and be able to share everything • You want to rebuild your core in a gentle way to avoid those sneeze-wees • You want a group where you feel relaxed and like you can just be you Classes are suitable from 6 weeks postpartum for vaginal birth, or 8 weeks for caesarean birth. Classes run in blocks during term-time; each block will be slightly different in length. Prices vary accordingly.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
All classes are available to cancel up to 12 hours before the class start time. After this window, please get in touch to speak with a member of staff about cancelling. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis. If Amy cancels a class, you will be credited a class to your pack, refunded or given the option to move your single class to another session.
